Goldston & Sanders OPS Investigative Report on Burge

This report is results of the Office of Professional Standards investigation into allegations of torture against Chicago Police Commander Jon Burge.

Two investigators from the Office of Professional Standards Francine Sanders and Michael Goldston completed an investigation of some of the allegations of torture against former Chicago Police Commander Jon Burge.  Below you can download a copy of the results of their investigation.  Included as the first sheet is a letter dated Nov. 2, 1990 from Gayle Shines, Chief Administrator of the Office of Professional Standards, to LeRoy Martin, Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department describing the contents of the report that was enclosed.
