Federal civil rights lawsuit case #09CV07570.

Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit:

This federal civil complaint was filed on Dec. 7, 2009 by the law firm of Loevy and Loevy.  In this complaint it is alleged that the Independent Police Review Authority fails to properly investigate police misconduct, among many other allegations against unknown officers.

You will find here free access to documents filed in the case as they become available behind the pay wall that is maintained by the US Federal District Court in Chicago.  CJP will post the most relevant documents as they become available, many miscellaneous documents that are of little interest to anyone other than lawyers involved in the litigation will not be posted.
