Lawsuit on denial of requests for citizen's complaints and investigative files under Illinois FOIA.

This is a lawsuit filed by journalist Jamie Kalven seeking access to various files from the Chicago Police Department related to citizen complaints made against members of the Chicago Police Department and the subsequent investigations resulting from these complaints.  The case is being heard in Cook County Court and is case # 09ch51396.
